  1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
    1. Page https://krdo.pl/ operates under the terms and conditions set forth in these Regulations.
    2. The terms and conditions define the types and scope of services provided electronically  by  the  website https://krdo.pl/,  the  rules  for  the  provision  of  these services, the conditions for the conclusion and termination of contracts for the provision of services by electronic means, as well as the complaints procedure.
    3.     4. Each User, at the time of taking action to use the Electronic Services of the https://krdo.pl/ website, is obliged to comply with the provisions of these Regulations.
    5. In matters not governed by these rules, the provisions of the:
      1. Act on Rendering Electronic Services of 18 July 2002 (Journal of  Laws No. 144, item 1204 as amended),
      2. Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014 (Journal of Laws No. 2014, item 827),
      3. Civil code of 23 April 1964 (Journal of Laws No. 16, item 93 as amended), and other relevant provisions of Polish law.
  2. DEFINITIONS
    1. CONTACT FORM – a form available on the website https://krdo.pl/, enabling the Service User to contact the service provider directly.
    2. REGULATIONS – these Website regulations.
    3. SERVICE PROVIDER – Senior-Care Foundation, head office address: ks. Młynarska Street 3, 56-400 Oleśnica, delivery address: ks. Młynarska Street 3, 56-400 Oleśnica, NIP: 911 203 37 42, REGON: 385 473 450, entered in the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity, e-mail address rejestr@krdo.pl, phone: +48 608 545 545.
    4. USER – a natural person, a legal person or an organizational unit without legal personality, to whom an act grants legal capacity, using an Electronic Service.
    5. ELECTRONIC SERVICE – a service provided electronically by the Service Provider to the Service User through the website.
    6. NNEWSLETTER – an electronic service allowing the Service Provider to subscribe and receive free information from the service provider to the e-mail address provided by the service provider. 
  3. TYPE AND SCOPE OF ELECTRONIC SERVICES
    1. The Service Provider enables you to use Electronic Services via the Service, such as:
      1. using the Contact Form,
      2. using the Newsletter,
    2. The Provision of Electronic Services for the benefit of the Service Users is carried out under the conditions specified in the regulations.
  4. CONDITIONS FOR PROVIDING AND CONCLUDING CONTRACTS FOR ELECTRONIC SERVICES
    1. The Provision of Electronic Services referred to in point 1. Chapter III. of the Terms and Conditions by the Service Provider is free of charge.
    2. Period for which the contract is concluded:
      1. Agreement for the provision of an Electronic Service consisting in the possibility of sending a message via Contact Form is concluded for a specified period, and is terminated at the moment of sending the message, or when the Service User ceases to send it.
      2. Agreement for the provision of an Electronic Service consisting of Newsletter is concluded for an indefinite period of time.
    3. Technical requirements necessary for cooperation with the ICT system used by the Service Provider:
      1. a computer with Internet access,
      2. access to e-mail,
      3. web browser,
      4. enabling cookies and Javascript in the web browser.
    4. The Service User is obliged to use the site in a manner consistent with the law and good practices, taking into account the respect for personal property and intellectual property rights of third parties. 
    5. The Service User is obliged to enter data in accordance with the actual state.
    6. The Service User is prohibited from providing unlawful content.
  5. CONDITIONS FOR TERMINATION OF CONTRACTS FOR THE PROVISION OF ELECTRONIC SERVICES
    1. Termination of the Electronic Service contract:
      1. A contract for the provision of Electronic Services of a continuous and indefinite nature (e.g. using the Newsletter) may be terminated.
      2. The Service User may terminate the contract with immediate effect and without giving reasons by sending an appropriate statement via e-mail to rejestr@krdo.pl.
      3. The Service Provider may terminate the contract for the Provision of an Electronic Service of a continuous and indefinite nature in the event that the service user violates  the terms and conditions; in particular, when they provide illegal content after a prior request to cease violations with a reasonable period of time has been unsuccessfully made. In this case, the Agreement expires after 7 days from the date of submission of the declaration of will to terminate the contract (termination period).
      4. Termination shall cease the legal relationship with effect for the future.
    2. The Service Provider and the Service User may terminate the contract for the provision of the Electronic Service at any time, by mutual agreement of the parties. 
  6. COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
    1. Complaints related to the provision of Electronic Services by the Service Provider:
      1. Complaints relating to the provision of Electronic Services via the Site may be submitted by the Service User via e-mail to the following address: rejestr@krdo.pl
      2. The e-mail should provide as much information and circumstances as possible regarding the subject of the complaint, in particular the type and date of the irregularity and  contact details. This information will greatly facilitate and speed up the processing of complaints by the Service Provider.
      3. The Service Provider will investigate the complaint immediately, no later than within 14 days.
      4. The Service Provider’s response to the complaint shall be sent to the e-mail address of the Service User, specified in the complaint or in any other manner specified by the Service User.
  7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
    1. All content posted on the website at https://krdo.pl/ is protected by copyright and is the property of https://krdo.pl/. The Service User is fully responsible for any damage caused to the Service Provider, resulting from the use of any content of https://krdo.pl/, without the consent of the Service Provider.
    2. Any use by anyone, without the express written consent of the Service Provider, of any of the elements comprising the content of https://krdo.pl/ is an infringement of copyright of the Service Provider and will result in civil and criminal liability.
  8. FINAL PROVISIONS
    1. Contracts concluded through the site are concluded in accordance with Polish law.
    2. If any part of these Terms and Conditions is inconsistent with applicable law, the relevant provisions of Polish law shall apply instead of the challenged provision.
